I got this product for my mother since she had Carpal Tunnel surgery. When we saw the video recorded in the mini CD, just decided to return it. The excercises can be done with any ball the sime size.

This is a toy and it hardly works to boot. I found this product while searching Amazon for wrist supports due to wrist pain I was having. This was one of the featured recommended products. I recommend not purchasing this if you want it to strengthen wrist or for physical therapy. It is a toy and nothing more. The base (which adds $25 to the price!) does not set the inner ball spinning 8 out of 10 times. 80% of the time it swivels inside the casing and does not build up the torque you need to make the thing useful. You can get better torque just using the string that it comes with. Save $25 and don’t get the base! And only purchase it if you want a toy, not a physical therapy devise.

When I bought I thought I could avoid start power ball manually. Forget this, because it’s week and simply doesn’t work as purposed.

Hi, the online seller is a good company and stands behind their products but this time their listing was for the Dynaflex gyroscope Ball AND the docking station. So I ordered 2 of the gyros and docking stations and when I got the box I only had the docking stations. A few days later I emailed the seller who soon noted it was misadvertised and he would refund my full payment. That was good of the company and I was happy but sure wanted a cople of those dynaflex gyro balls.

What a strange thing! It is oddly addictive, once you figure out how to get it going, and it gives a serious workout, especially on the forearms. I wish they had the one with the handle, like is shown in the video, but this is definitely a neato-cool workout toy. Leave it on the coffee table and just pick it up when you’re watching TV or something. I like it!
