Our order came quickly and my husband assembled it without difficulty. However, the clear plastic flap that holds the score card in place was badly scratched. I contacted the owner of the company and he sent a whole new handle assembly to me within the week at no charge. Excellent customer service! I think this push cart is user-friendly with its light, large wheels and handy organizer near the handle. It does take some getting used to out on the course in one respect: my previous cart was a two-wheeler so when I left it, it stayed. With three wheels, one must be careful to leave it crosswise to a slope or it’ll role away! My only real caveat is that, as a petite woman, “unfolding” it preparatory to use is a challenge. I’ve yet to figure out an easy way to bring the front wheel out without tipping the golf bag so far back that the clubs don’t start sliding out. Guess my technique will improve with time. All in all, it’s going to be a very satisfactory cart.
