Question by johnniquest2000: Why are my golf cart battery posts getting hot and melting when driving?
Why are my Yamaha electric golf cart battery posts getting hot and melting? The batteries are wired in correctly (neg to Pos) This only happens when driving. The cart functions normal and does not give any indication that something is malfunctioning till it quits due to a post melting off.

excessive load and loose connections would be my guess!

Question by dsfa: How long should a golf cart battery take to fully charge?
My golf cart has six batteries in dat joint and i need to no how long it take to charge all dem joints.

Charge them until DAT green light on DAT charger turns on. May Dat it takes longer if the DAT battaries are real low or maybe dat they only need a little of dat charge to become full so you can ride off into the sunset.
